This notice covers the CAMRIDE public website and recruitment portal operated by AMAYI INVESTMEMT LTD. It covers website applications and support requests. Information collected in the passenger and driver apps is governed by the notices presented within those apps.
Information we collect
If you submit an application, we collect your name, email, Cameroonian phone number, intended role, region, municipality, relevant experience and motivation, and a CV if you choose to upload one. We record your acknowledgement of this notice, the application time, review stages and staff screening notes. Support and deletion requests include the contact details and message you provide.
Staff accounts use email addresses, protected password records and session cookies. We use a short-lived record derived from connection information to limit repeated submissions and sign-in attempts. Our hosting provider may process operational connection logs.
How we use it
We use application information to assess suitability, contact applicants, arrange interviews and document screening decisions. We use support requests to respond to enquiries and coordinate requests concerning accounts or privacy. We do not automatically create ride accounts or grant administrative privileges from recruitment applications.
Access and service providers
The portal owner can access all applications and uploaded CVs. Recruitment reviewers can access applications, CVs and screening records only for their assigned regions. Support and privacy requests are handled by the portal owner. Render hosts this website and its dedicated recruitment storage. Hosting may involve processing outside Cameroon. We do not publish applicant details or sell them to advertisers.
Cookies and security
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The staff portal uses an essential session cookie to keep staff signed in. We restrict access to recruitment records, protect staff passwords and use encrypted connections on the hosted website.
Retention and your choices
We keep recruitment information while an application is being reviewed and for necessary follow-up, record keeping and resolution of requests. Retention is reviewed according to the purpose of the record and applicable requirements. You can request access, correction or deletion of your website information through the support form, selecting Privacy. Requests may require verification of your identity before records can be disclosed or changed.
